Solid Waste Collection Rate Increase

The City of San Antonio's solid waste collection contractor, Waste Pro (dba J.D. Parker & Sons), has implemented a 5.34% rate increase to cover Consumer Price Index-related costs, as permitted under its franchise agreement with the City.
RATE SCHEDULE 2025-26
All below-listed fees, and any additional negotiable rates, shall be subject to a 10% franchise fee. The 10% franchise fee will be billed to the customer as a separately stated item:
