NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance No. 09-2022, approving a zoning classification amendment of a parcel of land during a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:


TIME: 7:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)

ORDINANCE NO. 09-2022


AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING MAP OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 82, SAN ANTONIO CODE, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING +/-0.29 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CURLEY ROAD BETWEEN MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE AND RHODE ISLAND AVENUE (PARCEL NUMBER 02-25-20-0010-00200-0090), FROM THE ZONING OF RESIDENTIAL DWELLING DISTRICT (R-3) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD); PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.




Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL, 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.


Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.


In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability requiring reasonable accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerk with the request at (352) 588-2127 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
