NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance No. 04-2024, amending the City’s comprehensive plan and water supply plan, during a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

ORDINANCE NO. 04-2024
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE SAN ANTONIO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, REVISING THE INFRASTRUCTURE, CONSERVATION, INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENTS BASED ON THE CITY’S TEN-YEAR WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES WORK PLAN INCORPORATED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMISSION TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR REVIEW AND COMPLIANCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL, 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.
Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
