ORDINANCE NO. 03-2022
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP ON A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 17.72 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST INTERSECTION OF DARBY ROAD AND CURLEY ROAD (PARCEL NUMBER 35-24-20-0000-00700-0010), FROM COUNTY RES-1 (RESIDENTIAL-1DU/GA) TO CITY LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; TRANSMITTING SAID AMENDMENT TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR NOTIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING MAP OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 82, SAN ANTONIO CODE, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING 17.72 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST INTERSECTION OF DARBY ROAD AND CURLEY ROAD (PARCEL NUMBER 35-24-20-0000-00700-0010), FROM COUNTY AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (A-R) TO CITY RESIDENTIAL-RESIDENTIAL DWELLING DISTRICT (R-2), PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on these Ordinances at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance and metes and bounds description may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
