The Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider a second reading of Ordinance No. 01 – 2019 approving a conceptual modification to the existing San Antonio P-UD (Planned Unit Development) zoning classification at a public hearing to be held during the special commission meeting scheduled:

The title of the Ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING MAP OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 82, SAN ANTONIO CODE, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A CONCEPTUAL MODIFICATION TO THE EXISTING SAN ANTONIO P-UD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND (PARCEL NUMBERS 02-25-20-0070-03900-0010 and 02-25-20-0070-03900-0050) LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CURLEY STREET AND 2ND AVENUE.
At such time interested parties and citizens may appear to be heard with respect to the proposed change. The proposed modification to the existing zoning classification may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, Florida 33576.
All persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
