Reverse 911 Alerts

PUBLIC ALERT NOTICES AVAILABLE

Occasionally, the City posts notices on your door to alert you of scheduled street or water line maintenance, or in the case of emergency. In addition to the posted notices, we can now send automated messages to you via telephone, text, or email.

The service is free to all City of San Antonio residents and Water Department customers. We will not charge you to sign up or for the alerts, but your phone company's text or data charges may apply.

NOTE We will post paper notices regardless.

Please send an email to waterclerk@sanantonioflorida.org, requesting a public alert. Make sure you specify whether you want a text, phone message, or email, and the number or email address to use.
