COVID-19 Update: City Hall Closed

Due to staff members testing positive for COVID-19, City Hall has been closed as a precautionary effort to prevent the spread of the disease. Staff is available via phone or email during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).


Water payments will be collected via the drop slot at City Hall. Residents are encouraged to place payments in an envelope or paper clipped to a copy of their bill, and to include their name, address, and account number. Payments may also be sent via mail to PO Box 75, San Antonio, Florida 33576. Change and receipts may not be available at this time.


New water customers may submit their water service applications to Water Clerk Will Plazewski at waterclerk@sanantonioflorida.org. Deposit and account set up fees may also be paid via the drop slot.


Building Permits are encouraged to be submitted electronically to Assistant to the City Clerk, Marissa Morales. PDF copies of the building permit application and necessary site/drainage plans can be emailed to mmorales@sanantonioflorida.org. Payment may be sent to PO Box 75, San Antonio, Florida 33576 or placed in the City Hall drop slot.
