Notice of Public Hearing: Darby Land Trust Rezoning
Due to the rise in cases of COVID-19 in Pasco County, and the extension of Executive Order 20-69 regarding local government public meetings, the below scheduled public hearing will be conducted via Zoom. Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance No. 05-2020, approving a rezoning of a parcel of land during a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

ORDINANCE NO. 05-2020
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING MAP OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 82, SAN ANTONIO CODE, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED NORTH OF DARBY ROAD AND WEST OF PUGH ROAD FROM PASCO COUNTY AR (AGRICULTURE RESIDENTIAL) TO SAN ANTONIO R-2 (RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT).
Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance and metes and bounds description may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
