Notice of Public Hearing - Carmela PUD

Due to the rise in cases of COVID-19 in Pasco County, and the extension of Executive Order 20-69 regarding local government public meetings, the below scheduled public hearing will be conducted via Zoom. For information on how to participate in the public hearing, please contact City Hall, or email the City Clerk at cityclerk@sanantonioflorida.org.

Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider a first reading of Ordinance No. 02 – 2020 approving a conceptual modification to the existing Carmela Subdivision P-UD (Planned Unit Development) zoning classification at a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

TIME: 7:30 PM (Or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)

PLACE: City Hall, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue

San Antonio, FL

The title of the Ordinance is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING MAP OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 82, SAN ANTONIO CODE, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A CONCEPTUAL MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING PARCEL OF LAND DESIGNATED PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT) LOCATED SOUTH OF PASCO ROAD AND WEST OF OAK STREET.

Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL, 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter discussed at any meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings for such purposes, and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Florida Statute 286.0105. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
