City Hall - Limited Access
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, CITY HALL WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR URGENT BUSINESS ONLY.
The City of San Antonio is taking precautions to limit the spread of the coronavirus in our community. City Hall access will have limited walk-in access at this time.
We ask that customers making water payments use the drop slot on the middle door of the building. Please ensure customer names, account numbers, and addresses are included with payment for proper processing. Pens, paper, and paper clips are available at the drop slot if needed.
For all other city business, please call 352-588-2127, or contact City Staff via email. Staff will be available during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
