Waste Connections issued the below notice with the most recent bill. Residents who receive their bills electronically may not have received this notice. If you are experiencing issues with billing, please contact Waste Connection's local office at the number below.

Billing Cycle Change Notice:

Dear valued customer,

Effective February 1st, 2020, your quarterly billing cycle is being changed in an effort to improve the overall customer experience by reducing call hold times.

The attached invoice is a 1 month invoice for April to reflect the billing cycle change. Last month’s invoice that was sent out was for the month’s January, February, and March of 2020.

The next invoice you will receive will be in May, 2020 which will be for service for May, June, and July 2020. This invoice should reflect the full amount. If you have any questions, you may reach out to our local office at (727) 847-9100.
