Waste Collection Contract - Request For Proposals

The City of San Antonio, Florida is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to provide residential and commercial solid waste, yard waste, transportation, and disposal services for the City under a continuing contract. Proposals are requested for a five (5) year contract term, with a possibility of additional fifteen (15), one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement for extension, potentially totaling a maximum of twenty (20) years combined.

One (1) clearly marked original bound proposal, and one (1) USB drive or optical disc containing the proposal in PDF/A format from interested parties must be delivered on or before 12:00 PM on Friday, April 12th, 2019, addressed:

Interested contractors may contact the City Clerk by fax (352) 588-2135, voice (352) 588-2127, or email cityclerk@sanantonioflorida.org to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP). Information about the present operation, and additional information relative to this RFP may be requested from the City Clerk as well. Written questions may be submitted to the City for possible response until the close of business April 5th, 2019.
