2nd Saturday Farmers Market Will Resume In September
There will be no Farmers Markets in July or August. The next Farmers Market will be on September 8, 2018.
The market is held in the San Antonio City Park the second Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Vendor booths at the market will be selling fresh produce; herbs, plants, and trees; hand-crafted fruit wines; locally-made jams and jellies; honey; jewelry; yard art and home decor; and much more. There will be free activities for children. Hot dogs and sodas will be available for purchase. The San Antonio Farmers Market is sponsored by the Rotary Club of San Antonio. All money from vendor fees support the charitable activities of the Club, including scholarships for local students, food bags for San Antonio Elementary School students, city park upgrades, etc. The San Antonio Rotary Club meets every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the clubhouse of Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club.
