COVID Vaccine Eligibility
The State of Florida has lowered vaccine eligibility to residents 40 and older. On Monday, April 5th, vaccine eligibility will expand to residents 18 and older.
Florida residents may pre-register to receive the vaccination, or find locations offering appointments for the vaccine, at the websites below:
Residents may also be able to request a specific vaccine provider (Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson) at the time of scheduling. Availability of vaccines may vary based on location.
