Notice of Public Hearing - Land Use Amendment for Darby Land Trust

Due to the rise in cases of COVID-19 in Pasco County, and the extension of Executive Order 20-69 regarding local government public meetings, the below scheduled public hearing will be conducted via Zoom. For information on how to participate in the public hearing, please contact City Hall, or email the City Clerk at cityclerk@sanantonioflorida.org.

Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance No. 04-2020, approving a small scale future land use amendment of a parcel of land during a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

TIME: 7:30 PM. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)

ORDINANCE NO. 04-2020


AN ORDINACE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO; CHANGING THE LAND USE OF PARCEL 35-24-20-0000-00500-0010, APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES, FROM AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL (PASCO COUNTY LAND USE DESIGNATION) TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance and metes and bounds description may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
