The City of San Antonio has monitored the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation over the recent months, especially as it impacts the wellbeing of our residents and employees. As the state of Florida moves into Phase 2 of the "Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan for Florida's Recovery" outlined by Governor DeSantis and the Task Force to Re-open Florida, the City of San Antonio will begin it's transition to reopening as well.
As of June 18th, City Hall will be closed to visitors until further notice. City staff will be available during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) via phone and email to ensure city business is conducted, while still following the recommended social distancing practices. We apologize for the inconvenience, as some services such as copies, faxes, and notarizing will be unavailable during this time.

Playground equipment and restroom facilities at City parks will reopen on Friday, June 12th. The fishing dock at Lake Park on McMullen Drive is currently open for public access. Visitors are encouraged to continue practicing safe social distancing and when utilizing all public areas.
Water payments will continue to be accepted via mail or the City Hall drop slot only. Please ensure that your name, account number, and address are included with your payment. Pen, paper, and paper clips are located by the door for your convenience. For customers paying cash, we recommend placing any bills and/or coins in a labelled envelope. If you cannot pay with exact change, any amount paid over the current amount due will be processed as a credit for the next billing cycle.
We are working with the Dade City Building Department to continue processing building permit applications. Zoning permits will still be issued by the City of San Antonio. Please submit building permit applications and applicable site plans to Assistant to the City Clerk Marissa Morales at email@example.com. If you cannot submit your permits electronically, please use the drop slot at City Hall. At this time, Dade City is accepting permit applications via their online portal or by appointment only.
