The City of San Antonio has monitored the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation over the recent months, especially as it impacts the wellbeing of our residents and employees. As the state of Florida moves into Phase 3 of the "Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan for Florida's Recovery" outlined by Governor DeSantis and the Task Force to Re-open Florida, the City of San Antonio will begin it's transition to reopening as well.
As of June 18th, City Hall will be closed to visitors until further notice. City staff will be available during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) via phone and email to ensure city business is conducted, while still following the recommended social distancing practices. We apologize for the inconvenience, as some services such as copies, faxes, and notarizing will be unavailable during this time.

We are working with the Dade City Building Department to continue processing building permit applications. Zoning permits will still be issued by the City of San Antonio. Please submit building permit applications and applicable site plans to Assistant to the City Clerk Marissa Morales at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cannot submit your permits electronically, please use the drop slot at City Hall. At this time, Dade City is accepting permit applications via their online portal or by appointment only.
