NOTICE OF ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION

An Attorney Client Session will be held as listed above in accordance with FS 286.011(8) regarding the following lawsuit:

City of San Antonio v. Town of St. Leo

This special meeting of the City Commission will convene in the City Commission Meeting Room in open session where the City Attorney will advise the need to discuss the above pending litigation, and to recommend a recess into a closed session. The Attorney Client Session will be attended by the following persons: Mayor Tim Newlon; and City Commissioners Mark Anderson, Elayne Bassinger, Dennis Berberich, and Roy Pierce; Brian Bolves, Attorney at Law; Gerald Buhr, P.A., City Attorney; and an official court reporter as provided by law.

The transcript of the proceeding will be exempt from the Florida Public Records Act until the litigation is concluded, at which time the transcript may be obtained from the City Clerk.
